When Will My Order Ship?

Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery.

At checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date. We’ll do our best to deliver your order on your requested date. If we’re unable to meet this date, we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable alternative.

All orders are delivered via a pallet network and are kerbside delivery only. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept your order.

We offer a 14-day returns policy on all stocked items. The 14-day period begins the day after you receive your order.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us within the 14-day return period with your name, order number and details of the items you wish to return.

Please do not return any goods until your return has been confirmed and you have received the relevant return instructions.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and suitable for resale.

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return of the goods to us. Original delivery charges and return transport costs may not be refundable, except where required by law.

Special-order and non-stock items are non-refundable, unless faulty or otherwise required by law.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
